All pieces were carefully packaged. I was very pleased with the entire shipment. One small detail of the infant statue I would adjust would be to not have the baby have teeth. But this is a personal preference. Your customers may prefer the statue the was it is. Overall, excellent quality.....crib is well made. Entire set is well worth the money.
